Types of Membership:

Student: A student of a certified CWKA instructor in good standing.  

Affiliate: Christian martial arts instructors who wish to contribute to and share in our resources without becoming full members.

Instructor: Certified CWKA chapter instructors.

Instructors:

• Full access to forums and resources.
  
• Seminar & camp invitations.
• Missions opportunities.
• Modular training & certification.
• Ministry support.

Membership Requirements:

Students: 

• Member of a CWKA certified chapter.
  
• Approval from your instructor.

Affiliates:

• Be a Christian
  
• Have instructor level in a Chinese martial arts system.
  
• Be in general agreement with our statement of faith.
  

Instructors & Instructor Candidates:

• Be a Christian. 
• Be in full agreement with our statement of faith.
• Desire to serve Christ through martial arts ministry.
• Pass a criminal background check.
  
• Undergo discipleship training.
• Be a certified instructor in your style or obtain certification in at least one CWKA module of instruction.
  
• Attend group training or re-certify at least once per year.
• Contribute regularly to the instructors area on our forums.
• Agree to maintain CWKA standards within your chapter.
• Be responsible for monthly collection of student dues.
  

Cost of Membership:

Student: 

• $5/month (included in monthly dues)

Affiliate:

• $15/month (non-contributing)

Instructor:

•  $25/month + $5 per student member
  

How to Join:

Students:

• Your membership is handled by your instructor.

Affiliates: 

•  Contact us and state your desire for membership.
• Print, read, sign and return the membership packet you will receive with appropriate membership fee (refunded if you are not approved).
• Upon approval, you will be sent a user name and password for access to the members area and placed on our mailing list.

Instructors:

• If you meet the basic instructor requirements, contact us and express your interest.
• Print, read, sign and return the membership packet you will receive with appropriate fees.
• If needed, schedule your first training module(s) and successfully complete the training by demonstrating that you can correctly perform and  teach the subject material.
• Receive certification, and full membership privileges.
• Open your chapter.
